Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Creator Manager for TikTok LIVE in Istanbul. The role centers on building strong relationships with Live creators, educating them on platform policies and best practices, and shaping content strategies to boost performance.

You will monitor live metrics, guide creators to optimize streams, and coordinate cross-functional resources to achieve regional goals. Fluency in English and Turkish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above in any field.
• Minimum 3 years in partnerships, content, marketing, or education/training in internet industry.
• Ability to adapt to a startup environment and operate with business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Live creators and management.
• Provide education and training for creators on TikTok platform, live features, and policies.
• Develop content strategies and monitor creator performance to improve quality.
• Oversee creator operations and analyze performance weekly/monthly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan creator activities and allocate resources.
• Offer strategic input for TikTok Turkey live creator operations within MENAT region.
