Job summary

TikTok is expanding its LIVE Operations team in Turkey to support creators, education, and strategy across the MENAT region. The role focuses on building relationships with live creators, managing education programs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

The ideal candidate blends startup agility with strong analytical skills, excellent communication in English and Turkish, and a passion for mobile entertainment and online communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years in partnerships, content, marketing, or education/training in the internet industry.
• Experience in startup environments.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Excellent English and Turkish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Live creators and management.
• Educate and train creators; provide systematic education on platform policies.
• Develop content strategies and monitor creator performance to improve data quality.
• Daily creator operations; support and motivate creators to go live; analyze performance weekly/monthly.
• Coordinate with XFN teams to design creator activities and allocate resources.
• Provide strategic thinking for TikTok Turkey live creator operations based on MENAT region.
