Job summary

TikTok LIVE in Istanbul is seeking a Community Operation Manager (Turkish Speaking) to lead the establishment and planning of LIVE creators communities and to develop robust operation strategies that boost activity and user stickiness.

You will actively expand community user resources, recruit target users through online and offline channels, and manage daily community order while addressing user questions and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above and 3+ years in community operation.
• Excellent communication and copywriting; engage diverse users.
• Fluent in English and Turkish for global collaboration.
• Strong data analysis and event planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and plan LIVE creators communities and develop operation strategies.
• Actively grow community user resources and attract target users through channels.
• Maintain daily order, respond to questions, and handle feedback.
• Plan and execute community activities to boost participation and belonging.
• Collect, sort and analyze community data including activity and retention.
• Optimize operation plans based on data to improve results.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to drive company growth.
