Job summary

TikTok is seeking a seasoned Live Operations professional to lead and grow its LIVE creators communities in Istanbul's Fatih district. You will design community operation strategies, drive user growth, and ensure a vibrant, respectful space for creators and viewers.

Collaborate with Marketing and Product, analyze community data, plan activities, and write engaging announcements in English and Turkish to attract and retain global audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above.
Over 3 years in community operation.
Excellent communication and copywriting; write appealing activity copy.
Fluent in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

Establish and plan LIVE creators communities; formulate operation strategies.
Expand community user resources and growth targets through online and offline channels.
Maintain daily community order; answer questions; handle feedback and complaints; foster a positive atmosphere.
Plan and execute community activities to boost participation and brand belonging.
Collect, sort, and analyze community data; optimize operation plans based on findings.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product to support projects and drive business growth.
