Job summary

TikTok is seeking a LIVE Agency Operations Manager in Turkey to lead relationships with MCNs and live-streaming agencies. You will onboard partners, train them, and coordinate content categories to ensure high-quality live streamers for the platform.

You'll allocate operation support, motivate agencies to improve performance, and help draft agency management policies while maintaining strong communication with partners. A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in related fields are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in live-streaming, video-sharing, social media or gaming platforms.
• Proven network with influencers, celebrities or live streaming platforms.
• Strong, professional communication with agencies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with MCN and agencies and onboard them to provide talents for live-streaming.
• Allocate operation support and motivate agencies to provide more and better live streamers and diverse content.
• Participate in drafting and revising agency management policies and provide suggestions.
