CreatorLab seeks an Operations Manager to build and run a TikTok LIVE agency from the ground up. The role focuses on launching operations, recruiting and developing creators, and establishing the systems needed to scale a performance-driven creator business.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and capable of turning an early-stage setup into a structured and revenue-generating operation. This is a leadership role within a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the agency from scratch.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop TikTok LIVE creators.
• Hire and manage agents responsible for talent scouting and creator support.
• Establish performance benchmarks for creators, including LIVE activity and revenue targets.
• Design and implement compensation structures for creators and internal teams.
• Track creator performance and ensure progress toward growth targets.
• Set up internal workflows, reporting systems, and operational processes.
• Identify early high-potential creators and support their growth.
