Job summary

TikTok LIVE in Istanbul is seeking a Partner Community Growth Manager who speaks Turkish to drive agency education and growth within the Creator Network.

You will design structured education programs, coordinate campaigns, and help agencies scale through localization, marketing support, and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with understanding of TikTok ecosystem and creator operations.
• Experience in training / education management and agency capability development.
• Strong marketing knowledge with campaign and community management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to coordinate across teams.
• Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage structured education programs for new, community, and mature TCN agencies.

Responsibilities

The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.The TCN Community Manager is responsible for driving agency capability development, structured education, marketing enablement, and community engagement across the TikTok LIVE Creator Network ecosystem.Responsibilities:- Own and manage structured education programs for new, Community, and Mature TCN agencies.- Strengthen Community agency capabilities and proactively prepare high-potential agencies for transition into the Mature TCN ecosystem.- Act as the central agency-facing coordinator for TCN-wide campaigns while independently driving community engagement initiatives.- Improve agency marketing capabilities through practical expertise, operational guidance, and campaign optimization support.- Design and execute Special Bonus Projects that address operational priorities and accelerate agency development and business growth.- Support the development of a connected and engaged TCN ecosystem through offline community initiatives and major agency events.- Maintain a structured feedback loop between agency needs and the internal teams responsible for operational improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):- Bachelor's degree or above, with a strong understanding of the TCN ecosystem, agency business models, and creator operations.- Proven ability in training and education management, agency capability development, and delivering structured improvement initiatives.- Solid marketing knowledge, with experience in campaign and community management, as well as localisation and content development.- Strong project ownership, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders effectively.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational challenges and develop actionable solutions.
