• Researching and arranging travel bookings, restaurant/club reservations, health & beauty requests, gifts, and tickets for sports, theatre, or concert events.
• Managing intensive phone and email-based correspondence adhering to company-standard greetings and Member address protocols.
• Taking full ownership of requests, setting realistic completion deadlines, providing quality suggestions, and issuing clear final confirmations.
• Logging every action in the Qforce CRM database, maintaining accurate member profile records, and recording post-request feedback.
• Anticipating additional service needs (transfers, spa, early/late check-in) and liaising with Account Management to keep CRM files up to date.

JOB ROLE

The Global Corporate Lifestyle Manager will handle, research, and action a wide variety of lifestyle and leisure-related requests received via telephone or email from Members based around the globe. Operating within the Servicing department and reporting to the Corporate Team Manager, you will deliver exceptional corporate concierge support-servicing both reactive and proactive models-understanding client expectations and consistently going above and beyond to provide seamless request fulfillment.

KEY DUTIES

• Request Handling & Research: Researching and arranging travel bookings, restaurant/club reservations, health & beauty requests, gift ideas, and tickets for sports, theatre, or concert events.
• Member Correspondence: Managing intensive phone and email-based correspondence adhering to company-standard greetings, Member address protocols, and consistent levels of courtesy.
• End-to-End Request Management: Taking full ownership of requests (aiming to complete within 1 shift), setting realistic completion deadlines, providing quality suggestions, and issuing clear final confirmations.
• CRM Administration (Qforce): Logging every action in the Qforce CRM database, maintaining accurate member profile records (passports, ID numbers, mileage cards, preferences), and conducting post-request follow-ups to record member feedback.
• Proactive Service & Housekeeping: Anticipating additional service requirements (transfers, spa, early/late check-in), asking category-specific criteria questions on first contact, and liaising with Account Management to keep CRM files accurate and up to date.
