Job summary

GİZLİ seeks an Artificial Intelligence Manager to steer AI strategy, prioritize projects, and lead technical direction. You will oversee solution architecture, data processing, and the deployment of NLP/LLM-based AI and automation across enterprise systems.

The role requires 8+ years in software/data/AI domains, strong leadership, and hands-on AI/ML expertise, including Generative AI, NLP, and MLOps. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Engineering or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fields.
8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML, or related tech domains.
Hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
Strong hands-on technical leadership and team management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into data-driven AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead data collection, cleaning, feature engineering, and analysis.
Define and prioritize AI use cases, projects, and tech initiatives.
Oversee ETL/ELT data pipelines and machine learning workflows.
Guide selection and application of models for regression, classification, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
Lead the development of AI and intelligent automation solutions.
