Job summary

Skechers Türkiye is seeking an experienced Learning & Talent Development Manager to shape and lead our learning and talent agenda. This role will create development experiences that unlock employee potential, strengthen leadership capability and build a culture of continuous learning for multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Talent Management or Organizational Development roles.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning, leadership development and talent programs.
• Strong knowledge of modern learning methodologies, adult learning principles and blended development solutions.
• Hands-on experience with high-potential development, mentoring, coaching, career development and succession planning initiatives.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with strong execution and manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation and communication skills, with the confidence to partner with senior leaders.
• A data-informed mindset and the ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and translate insights into improvement actions.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in retail, consumer-focused or multi-site organizations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the learning and talent development strategy in line with business priorities and future capability needs.
• Identify organizational development priorities and translate them into relevant, engaging and scalable learning experiences.
• Design and lead technical, functional, behavioral and leadership development programs through a blended learning approach.
• Create development journeys for high-potential employees and future leaders, supported by mentoring, coaching and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Contribute to talent management, career development and succession planning processes across the organization.
• Own and continuously enhance the onboarding experience, enabling new employees to connect quickly with the organization, culture and their roles.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams as a trusted advisor on capability building, individual development and team effectiveness.
• Promote a strong culture of continuous learning, collaboration and ownership of personal development.
• Build and manage relationships with external learning partners, consultants and subject-matter experts.
• Evaluate the impact of learning and talent initiatives and continuously improve programs based on insights, feedback and business outcomes.
