Gizli is seeking a Learning & Development professional to analyze needs, design programs, and oversee an annual training plan. You will manage LMS processes, curate content updates, and coordinate engaging training initiatives to strengthen employee competencies.

The role emphasizes aligning programs with business strategies, implementing new development projects, and measuring impact to improve the employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in Learning & Development and competency management.
• Knowledge of LMS systems and digital learning tools.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking.
