Job summary

Minor Hotels is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to shape luxury hospitality training across the Middle East & Africa portfolio. You will design strategies, manage programs, and develop team capabilities to improve guest experiences and operational excellence.

You will partner with hotel leadership, manage budgets, and drive a culture of continuous learning and high standards across departments in a dynamic regional context.

Qualifications

• A good command of the English and Turkish language.
• Good experience in hotel operations.
• Experience in a luxurious Hotel brand.
• Strong commercial/business acumen.
• Effectively communicates with all levels.
• A strong leader who can articulate a vision and translate it into reality.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning strategies aligned to brand goals and business needs.
• Lead development of annual Learning & Development plans and budgets.
• Partner with hotel leaders to drive capability development and performance.
• Develop and deliver high‑impact training programs using modern methods.
• Monitor learning compliance, analytics, and program effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
