Job summary

Vodafone Türkiye is seeking an experienced Learning & Development partner to shape workforce capabilities across markets. You will translate business priorities into learning strategies and lead talent initiatives with senior leaders, HR Centres of Expertise and external partners.

You'll drive performance, succession planning and leadership development, while fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation and inclusion across a global telco environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related People disciplines.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into talent, leadership and capability solutions.
• Proven leadership of change in complex, matrix and international organisations.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Leaders to identify performance challenges and future workforce needs.
• Build and own an inclusive talent and skills plan aligned with business objectives.
• Lead targeted learning, upskilling and leadership initiatives with expert teams and leaders.
• Strengthen end-to-end talent processes, including performance reviews and succession planning.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and accelerate development.
