Job summary

Ahãma in Göcek is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue across individual, corporate, leisure, group and events, while showcasing refined hospitality.

You will generate new business, manage proposals and contracts, coordinate with operations, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Based in Fethiye or willing to relocate, you should travel as required and speak excellent English.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Tourism or Hospitality Management programs.
• Minimum 5 years in hotel sales focused on groups, events, weddings or banqueting.
• Luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Opera PMS experience; Delphi knowledge is an advantage.
• Proven ability to generate new business, convert enquiries, and achieve sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Commercially minded, proactive, detail-oriented and guest-focused.
• Based in Fethiye or willing to relocate, willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive hotel sales across individual, corporate, leisure, group, and event segments to achieve revenue targets.
• Proactively generate new business and develop relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through proposal preparation, negotiation, contracting, and confirmation.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections, showcasing Ahãma’s accommodation, services, and event offerings.
• Work closely with the Sales and Revenue teams to prepare competitive offers and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Manage assigned accounts, monitor their performance, and identify opportunities to grow business and encourage repeat bookings.
• Coordinate confirmed groups, weddings, and events with operational departments, ensuring clear communication of client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) as required.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports and revenue forecasts.
• Support sales campaigns, tailored packages, and upselling and cross-selling initiatives aligned with the Ahãma brand.
