Mirada Exclusive Bodrum is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead sales efforts for the Mirada Exclusive Bodrum Hotel. The role focuses on managing travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients, while developing new partnerships and monitoring market trends.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality sales background, strong English, and the ability to analyze data, report results, and coordinate with Reservations, Revenue, Front Office, and other departments.

Formación

• Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related
• 3+ years in Sales/Marketing in five-star hotels
• Advanced English; second language preferred
• Knowledge of tourism market dynamics, agency relations, tour operators, and sales channels
• Ability to analyze markets and competitors
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of hotel management and sales systems preferable
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Analytical thinker with strong reporting and data evaluation skills
• Results-oriented with solid organizational and planning abilities
• Team player capable of coordinating between departments and travel willingness

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to achieving sales, revenue, and production targets aligned with hotel strategies
• Manage relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients
• Develop new sales opportunities with agencies, corporate clients, and partners
• Monitor domestic/international markets, competitor hotels, pricing trends, and industry developments; prepare market analysis reports
• Plan and conduct trade fairs, workshops, roadshows, agency visits, and sales meetings
• Prepare proposals and follow up on sales for individual/ group/ meetings/ events
• Support agency and corporate contract preparation, review, and approvals
• Produce regular reports on sales performance, portfolio, market distribution, and target achievements
• Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue, Front Office, and operations to ensure post-sales execution
• Be knowledgeable in online sales channel management
• Support Sales and Marketing Manager and supervise daily operations and team
• Ensure brand standards and corporate representation in all sales activities

Educación

Tourism and Hotel Management / Business Administration / Marketing or related fields

3+ years in Sales & Marketing in five-star hotels

Advanced English; second language preferred
