Job summary

Karub Holding is seeking a Lawyer with Turkish and EU citizenship to support our European operations. You will manage legal affairs across Turkey and Europe, oversee contracts and compliance for our London office and European suppliers, and draft and negotiate contracts in Turkish and English.

You will advise on EU regulations, company formations and investment processes, guide KVKK/GDPR compliance, and coordinate with partners and law firms across Europe.

Qualifications

• Law degree required.
• Dual citizenship: Turkish and EU member state.
• Advanced English and Turkish proficiency preferred.
• French proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in commercial, corporate and EU law.
• Work or study experience in Europe is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities
