Qualifications

• Qualified Turkish lawyer with 2-7 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in corporate law including due diligence and M&A.
• Support corporate maintenance of multinational entities, including public companies.
• Ability to draft and negotiate all types of contracts including share purchase and shareholders agreements.
• Provide legal support in regulatory and data privacy matters for multinational companies.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated attorneys between the range of 2-7 years of experience to join our corporate team working in a hybrid model.

• Candidate must be qualified as a lawyer in Turkey
• 2-7 years post-qualification experience, preferably in a reputable law firm
• Experience in corporate law matters, including due diligence and M&A projects
• Able to support corporate maintenance of multinational entities, including public companies in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to draft and negotiate all types of contracts including share purchase and shareholders agreements
• Providing legal support in various regulatory and data privacy matters to multinational companies to run their day-to-day business
• Good follow-up skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in English
