Job summary

Globevisa Group is seeking qualified in-house lawyers to independently handle Turkish Citizenship by Investment (TCBI) and residence permit cases for international clients. You will coordinate directly with government authorities, banks and investment institutions to ensure seamless case progress.

Responsibilities include managing TCBI and residence permit applications across major investment routes, liaising with authorities, and coordinating with banks for verification and eligibility

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with Bar Association in Türkiye.
• Experience with TCBI and government procedures preferred.
• English required; Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.

In-house Lawyer – Turkish Citizenship by Investment (TCBI)

Job Overview

Globevisa is looking for qualified In-house Lawyers to independently handle TCBI and residence permit cases for international clients, including direct coordination with government authorities, banks and investment institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage TCBI and residence permit applications across major investment routes, including real estate, bank deposits, investment funds and private pensions.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities and institutions to complete required applications, approvals and compliance procedures.
• Coordinate with banks and investment institutions for investment procedures, verification and required eligibility/conformity certificates.
• Handle supporting procedures including bank account opening, tax number applications, title deed transactions and POA preparation/review.
• Attend government offices, banks and other institutions in person when required, resolve case issues and monitor compliance risks.
• Monitor changes in Turkish citizenship, immigration and investment regulations and keep internal teams updated.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer admitted to a Bar Association in Türkiye.
• Practical TCBI case experience and familiarity with relevant government procedures.
• Familiar with at least one major TCBI investment route.
• Proficiency in English is required; Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple cases.
• Willing and able to regularly attend government offices, banks and other institutions in person.

Preferred

• Experience in immigration, citizenship advisory or foreign investment-related businesses.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented and results-driven, with strong practical case management skills.
