Job summary
Karub Holding is seeking a Lawyer with Turkish and EU citizenship to support our European operations. You will manage legal affairs across Turkey and Europe, oversee contracts and compliance for our London office and European suppliers, and draft and negotiate contracts in Turkish and English.
You will advise on EU regulations, company formations and investment processes, guide KVKK/GDPR compliance, and coordinate with partners and law firms across Europe.
Qualifications
- Law degree required.
- Dual citizenship: Turkish and EU member state.
- Advanced English and Turkish proficiency preferred.
- French proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in commercial, corporate and EU law.
- Work or study experience in Europe is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Manage the legal affairs of the holding and its group companies in Turkey and Europe.
- Oversee contract and compliance matters related to our London office and our European supplier network.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts in Turkish and English.
- Coordinate with business partners, institutions and law firms across Europe.
- Provide legal advice on EU regulations, company formations and investment processes.
- Guide the company on compliance, KVKK/GDPR and commercial regulations.
- Monitor litigation and dispute resolution processes.
