Job summary

Köksal & Partners Law Firm in Istanbul seeks a litigation lawyer to join its Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and take an active role in managing and handling litigation proceedings. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution, with strong knowledge of employment, enforcement, and bankruptcy law.

The role requires drafting pleadings, attending hearings, and independently managing cases before courts and authorities.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a Faculty of Law and admitted to the Bar.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong knowledge in employment, enforcement, and bankruptcy law.
• Experienced in handling employment disputes, commercial litigation, and enforcement proceedings.
• Proficient in drafting statements of claim, statements of defense, and other submissions.
• Able to manage litigation cases independently and attend court hearings.
• Good command of English; TOEFL/IELTS scores welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a Faculty of Law and admitted to the Bar,
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a lawyer, primarily in litigation and dispute resolution,
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in employment law and enforcement and bankruptcy law,
• Experienced in handling employment disputes, commercial litigation, and enforcement proceedings,
• Proficient in developing litigation strategies, drafting statements of claim, statements of defense, and other procedural submissions, and managing court proceedings,
• Experienced in attending court hearings and independently managing litigation cases,
• Willing and able to personally handle proceedings and administrative matters before courts, enforcement offices, notaries, and other public authorities,
• Good command of English (candidates are kindly requested to indicate their TOEFL or IELTS scores, if available),
• Able to conduct legal research and analysis, and regularly follow legislative developments and judicial decisions,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible,
• A team player with a practical, proactive, and solution-oriented approach,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Holds a valid driver's license and actively drives,
• For male candidates, completed or exempt from compulsory military service, or with no military service obligations for at least the next two years,
