Karub Holding in Istanbul seeks a lawyer fluent in Arabic and English to support its international operations. You will manage the legal affairs of the holding and group companies, draft and negotiate contracts across the Middle East and Gulf regions, and advise on cross-border commercial activities.

The ideal candidate has a law degree, bar admission, strong Arabic and English skills, and willingness to travel. French is a plus; experience in energy/trading sectors is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Law degree and admission to the Bar.
• Advanced written and spoken proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Experience in commercial, corporate and contract law.
• International project experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Manage the legal affairs of the holding and group companies.
• Handle the legal processes of energy, oil and gas trading transactions involving our UAE office and the Gulf region.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts in Arabic and English.
• Liaise with business partners, institutions and local law firms across the Middle East and the Gulf.
• Provide legal advice on international commercial transactions, investments and mergers & acquisitions.
• Monitor litigation and enforcement proceedings and coordinate with external law firms.
• Track regulatory developments and report to senior management.
