Job summary

Henkel is seeking a chemistry- or chemical engineering-qualified professional to contribute to application engineering through laboratory testing, method development, and technical support. You will collaborate closely with customers, KAMs, and project teams to drive testing excellence, document reports, and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
• 2–4 years of related experience, preferably in a lab.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and develop new test methods using various analytical techniques.
• Leverage feedback to optimize laboratory testing processes and customer service.
• Track, manage, and document test reports in laboratory systems.
• Perform peer reviews of test data for accuracy and quality.
• Support training for internal stakeholders on testing methods and standards.
• Prepare and deliver internal presentations on methods and results.
• Interact with customers to provide consultative technical guidance.
• Participate in customer meetings with best-practice discussions.
