Job summary

Freudenberg Group, a global technology company, is seeking a Laboratory Specialist to join the Klüber Lubrication division. The role focuses on quality control, analytical testing, and COA documentation, within a diverse, inclusive work environment.

You will work with familiar standards and rigorous QC processes to ensure accurate results, supported by MS Office proficiency and strong communication within the team. This is a full-time, site-based position within the Freudenberg network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of laboratory or quality control experience.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing methods, QC processes, and analytical techniques.
• Experience with laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance, and verification.
• Familiarity with TSE, ASTM, DIN, and related standards.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and EHS requirements.
• Experience in COA preparation and laboratory documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and MS Office proficiency.
