Job summary

Henkel in Turkey seeks an experienced contract manufacturing (3PM) operations lead to ensure on-time supply of quality products and compliance with Henkel standards. You will drive footprint optimization, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with Purchasing and site teams.

Ideal candidate has 7–8 years in a multinational company, strong English, SAP expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc/BA in Engineering, Chemistry or related field.
• 7–8 years of multinational company experience.

• SAP knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manages BU contract manufacturing operations to ensure on-time supply of quality products.
• Optimizes contract manufacturing footprint and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitors compliance with social standards, SHEQ, stock taking, and legal/Henkel requirements.
• Supports BU 3PM compliance audits and closes findings promptly.
• Coordinates with business, Purchasing, and site teams for toller selection.
• Manages BU 3PM complaints through CCMS and SCMS and ensures sustainable resolution.
• Oversees toller performance and monthly BU 3PM reporting.
• Protects BU technologies and business information.
• Builds external partnerships and promotes collaboration and high performance.
• Contributes to operational excellence and transformation initiatives supporting business growth.

About this Position

In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract manufacturing (3PM) operations and ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time product supply for the business unit. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive operational excellence, performance, and continuous improvement across 3PM operations. You will act as a key interface between Henkel and external manufacturers, building strong partnerships and delivering results in safety, quality, service, sustainability, and cost, while contributing to business success.

What You´ll Do

• Manages BU contract manufacturing operations to ensure on-time supply of quality products
• Optimizes contract manufacturing footprint and drives continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitors compliance with social standards, SHEQ, stock taking, and legal/Henkel requirements
• Supports and follows up on BU 3PM compliance audits to ensure timely closure of findings
• Coordinates with business, Purchasing, and site teams for toller selection and consolidation
• Manages BU 3PM complaints through CCMS and SCMS and ensures sustainable resolution
• Oversees toller performance (quality, delivery, responsiveness, cost) and monthly BU 3PM reporting
• Ensures protection of BU technologies, business information, and materials
• Builds strong external partnerships and promotes collaboration, accountability, and high performance
• Contributes to operational excellence and transformation initiatives supporting business growth

• BSc/BA in Engineering, Chemistry or related departments, MBA or master’s degree is desirable
• 7-8 years of experience in a multinational company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English with the ability to influence stakeholders
• SAP knowledge is a must
• Advanced user of MS Office applications
