Job summary

Klüber Lubrication is seeking a Laboratory Specialist to manage lab operations, calibrate and verify equipment, and perform quality control testing on materials and products.

You will prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA), maintain documentation, and support investigations into customer complaints while ensuring compliance with international standards and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of laboratory or quality control experience.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing methods, QC processes, and analytical techniques.
• Experience with laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance, and verification.
• Familiarity with TSE, ASTM, DIN, and related standards; ISO 9001/14001/45001, IATF 16949, and EHS requirements.
• Experience in COA preparation and laboratory documentation.

• Lead and support continuous improvement (OPEX) initiatives.
• Coordinate product inspections, audits and certification activities.
• Monitor laboratory budget needs and equipment investments.
