Job summary

NRF is seeking a Junior People Business Partner to join its HR team in a production environment. You will act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and help manage payroll and administrative processes in a dynamic, international setting.

The role focuses on payroll data validation, compliance with labor law, and supporting cross-functional HR initiatives. A completed HBO education and relevant experience are required, with strong English skills (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to employees on HR topics and resolve issues
• Manage temporary staff and related processes
• Collect and validate payroll data with external payroll provider
• Ensure compliance with labor law, agreements and procedures; handle disputes and dismissals
• Review and update mandatory documents (e.g., risk assessment, internal regulations)
• Serve as a liaison with external organizations
• Analyze and report on relevant HR statistics
• Analyze training needs and development plans; manage logistics and administration
• Contribute to cross-functional HR projects

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Junior People Business Partner, you will become part of a dynamic, rapidly growing international organization. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS AN JUNIOR PEOPLE BUSINESS PARTNER?

• Providing support to employees in various HR related topics (such as compensation, leavers etc.) and resolving any issues or problems
• Manage temporary staff and related processes
• Collect and validate payroll data and cooperate with external payroll provider
• Ensure that practices comply with labor law, agreements and procedures and manage legal matters such as dispute, disciplinary procedures and dismissals
• Review and update mandatory documents (f.e. DUERP, DUE, internal regulations)
• Serving as a liaison with external organizations
• Analyze and report on relevant statistics
• Analyze training needs, development plans and manage logistics and administration
• Contribute to cross-functional HR projects
