Job summary

H&M is seeking a People Business Partner to collaborate with specific business units, align and implement people strategies, and act as a strategic advisor to business leaders. You will support driving talent management to enable long-term business success with People Experience Manager and Global People Business Partners.

Translate strategies into priorities, drive succession and leadership development, maintain an engaging employee experience, ensure policy compliance, and lead global talent

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role.
• Experience aligning HR practices with organizational goals and driving strategic initiatives.
• Experience in development, engagement, and retention programs.
• Hands-on experience in change management, guiding employees through organizational changes.
• Experience in managing complex employee relations, including labor relations.
• Excellent command of English as business language.
