Job summary

Meditopia is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to be the main contact for assigned customer accounts, onboarding new clients, and integrating Meditopia’s services into their wellbeing programs.

You’ll build strong relationships with HR teams and decision-makers, track engagement, address challenges, share insights, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to maximize value and support renewals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with empathy and active listening.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and process optimisation skills.
• Proactive mindset and comfort in working with data to identify trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts and onboarding new customers.
• Help clients integrate Meditopia’s services into their employee care programs.
