Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Istanbul is seeking a Marketing Senior Manager (Carbonated Soft Drinks) to lead the design and execution of key CSD marketing plans in Turkey and support brand strategy development. You will drive activation, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with IB and BU teams.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communications skills, with fluency in Turkish and English to engage stakeholders and agencies globally.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in marketing, brand management and/or marketing strategy.
• Proven track record in developing and executing impactful brand engagement programs.
• Strong strategic and creative thinking with experience in integrated marketing communications, digital marketing, PR and activation.
• Strong commercial understanding including innovation and commercialization.
• Excellent project, stakeholder and agency management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Set global agenda for Turkey BU with IB partners on sugar reduction priorities.
• Deliver brand programs aligned with TR strategic plan and annual operating plan.
• Improve effectiveness of CSD brand activation plans and rollouts.
• Manage brand playbooks, standards and compliance.
• Partner with BUs on activation plan development.
• Approve local cola brand activation and marketing promotions.
• Co-own and manage Category A&M budget with IB team.
• Ensure artwork compliance across programs.
• Present marketing plans in meetings to align organization.
• Collaborate with agency partners for adaptation and deployment.
