Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Istanbul is seeking a CSD Brand Manager to support the strategy development of the CSD category in Türkiye and independently lead key brand initiatives from planning through execution.

You will translate consumer, shopper and market insights into actionable brand plans, deliver impactful integrated marketing campaigns, and manage assigned innovation and activation projects in close collaboration with cross-functional, regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 5-7 years in Brand Management or a related commercial role in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of brand strategy, consumer insights, and activation.
• Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Financial acumen including budget management and ROI tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, hands-on with ownership and execution discipline.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and manage multiple streams.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an assigned brand platform and lead its annual agenda.
• Lead communication and activation projects with creative, media, digital and activation agencies.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives across ATL, BTL, digital, retail and experiential touchpoints.
• Analyze performance to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support revenue, volume, market share and brand equity priorities through disciplined planning.
• Track brand health and campaign KPIs, translating results into insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Insights, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain and Trade Marketing for alignment.
• Partner with regional and global teams to adapt strategies for Türkiye.
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor spending for ROI.
