Job summary

GİZLİ is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects across multiple domains. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources while coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires 3–4 years of IT project management experience, familiarity with PMI, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, and experience coordinating Agile teams. English-reading capacity is preferred and PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related departments.
• At least 3-4 years of project management experience in IT projects.
• Experience in software development, system integration, infrastructure, data management, or digital transformation.
• Mastered PM methodologies (PMI, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Experience coordinating Agile teams (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience in scope, time, budget, risk and quality management.
• Proficient in project planning, milestones, and progress reporting.
• Proficient in Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
• English reading/participation in meetings preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of IT projects across initiation to closing.
• Maintain project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and critical actions.
• Coordinate business units, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
• Report progress to senior management and present updates.
• Evaluate change requests aligned with goals and governance.
• Ensure alignment with PMO standards and governance processes.
• Coordinate agile and traditional PM processes and deliverables.
• Conduct project closure and capture lessons learned.
