Job summary

Gizli is seeking an ERP and Enterprise Applications Manager to lead the strategy, maintenance, and deployment of our ERP and corporate applications from the Head Office in Turkey. You will drive digital transformation initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure system integrations meet business needs.

You should have at least 10 years of ERP and corporate applications experience, strong leadership and project management skills, and deep knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft

Qualifications

• Graduate from universities, preferably in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in ERP and corporate applications.
• Experienced in team management processes.
• Strong knowledge and experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Competent in business analysis, process management, project management, and digital transformation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Management, maintenance, and strategic development of ERP and corporate applications.
• End-to-end planning, management, and implementation of digital transformation projects.
• Analysis and prioritization of legal and corporate requirements from business units, and execution of analysis, design, development, and deployment processes.
• Researching suitable technologies and solutions for requirements not met by existing applications; conducting feasibility studies; ensuring the best solution by evaluating capability, sustainability, budget, and resources.
• Managing SLA compliance for services from third parties and overseeing resolution of operational issues.
• Managing vendors involved in projects within the domain.
• Executing system integrations, data management, and performance improvement activities.
• Team management, stakeholder coordination, and regular reporting on system processes.
• Improvement of project and support processes.
