Job summary

Gizli is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Fatih, Istanbul. You will be responsible for safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, and will oversee energy manufacturing, testing, and assembly processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering, 10+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of ERP/MRP, lean, and continuous improvement. Excellent English and proven team leadership are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years in manufacturing operations with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in electronics manufacturing or high-volume production environments.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and quality management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.
Oversee energy manufacturing, testing, and assembly processes.
Monitor production performance, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Production Planning, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams.
Support ramp-up, new product introductions, and manufacturing expansion activities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing requirements.
Drive process optimization, automation, traceability, and operational efficiency.
Lead, coach, and develop production teams to build a high-performance culture.
