Job summary

Gizli Şirket in Turkey is seeking a project coordination professional to monitor supplier orders and oversee cross-functional project activities across the program.

You will coordinate tasks with operational departments, manage information flow among stakeholders, and prepare and maintain project documentation (reports, schedules, budgets). The ideal candidate holds a related degree; an MBA is a plus, with fluent English and strong planning, communication and initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics or Industrial Engineering.
• MBA or management-focused postgraduate degree is a plus.
• Proficient in the use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and closely track supplier orders in line with project requirement dates.
• Plan, monitor and control project activities across the program.
• Coordinate tasks with operational departments.
• Manage information flow among stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (reports, presentations, schedules, budgets, etc.).
• Track technical requirements, customer expectations and contractual obligations.
• Develop improvement proposals to accelerate internal processes and support their implementation.
