Job summary

GİZLİ is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead end-to-end HR processes and act as a strategic connector between HR and business units in Istanbul. You will drive talent management, performance, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce planning with a data-driven mindset.

The role requires strong English proficiency, stakeholder management, and the ability to align HR plans with organizational goals. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP role.
• Experience partnering with business units and acting strategically.
• Hands-on in performance, talent, and org development processes.
• Advanced English (excellent verbal communication).
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment aligned with workforce plan.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for third-party hires and ensure compliance.
• Oversee onboarding, documentation accuracy, and checks.
• Lead employee separations, exit interviews, and offboarding.
• Plan orientation programs to inform about company structure and culture.
• Bridge HR and business units to align HR goals with objectives.
• Provide HR solutions aligned with business needs and goals.
• Support performance management, goal setting, and feedback processes.
• Regularly report HR metrics and propose process improvements.
