GİZLİ is seeking an experienced IT Process Governance professional to design and optimize IT processes across SDLC, drive governance frameworks, and ensure audit readiness. The role emphasizes strategic project oversight, risk mitigation, and regulatory alignment within FinTech/Banking sectors.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in IT governance or PMO, strong data analytics and leadership, and a proven ability to deliver scalable process improvements across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Significant Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Process Management, IT Governance, or PMO within the FinTech, Banking, Saving Finance, or Telecommunications sectors.
• Methodological Expertise: Proven proficiency in software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies, with advanced experience in utilizing project management and governance tools at an administrative level.
• Analytical & Audit Capabilities: Strong knowledge of IT audit frameworks. Exceptional ability to leverage data analytics, visualization, and reporting solutions to assess complex technical operations.
• Problem-Solving & Strategy: Strong analytical, statistical, and mathematical abilities with a proven track record of answering business questions through empirical research and data-driven insights.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills; a collaborative mindset capable of fostering synergy between cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder expectations.
• Result-Oriented Mindset: A proactive approach to process improvement with a sharp focus on delivering practical, scalable solutions to business problems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Process Governance: Design, optimize, and establish standards for all IT processes—including analysis, development, testing, and deployment (SDLC)—and drive organizational adherence to these frameworks.
• Strategic Project Oversight: Monitor and report on critical and high-focus projects; proactively identify bottlenecks, trigger corrective actions, and provide executive-level reporting on task progression.
• Performance & Capacity Analytics: Oversee planning and sprint execution for software development teams. Manage effort-entry controls and develop metrics to track performance criteria such as velocity, SLA compliance, and defect density.
• IT Change Management & Risk Mitigation: Lead the IT change management process by performing rigorous risk analyses, managing approval workflows, ensuring meticulous documentation, and monitoring compliance with internal policies.
• Regulatory Alignment & Audit Readiness: Build and improve processes aligned with relevant systems and regulations (e.g., BRSA/BDDK, COBIT) to ensure the IT organization is perpetually "audit-ready."
