Job summary

Maersk seeks an IT Operations Specialist to be based in Istanbul, delivering first-line IT support for offices and warehouses. You will troubleshoot, configure PCs, and collaborate with colleagues across Egypt, Romania, Lebanon, Israel, Georgia and Italy to keep services running smoothly.

The role requires flexibility for after-hours support and a strong customer-service mindset to ensure high-quality IT care across the Maersk network.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

• Ability to handle incidents and requests promptly.
• 1st line IT support experience is preferred.
• Experience working with international teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with Windows-based desktops and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line IT support onsite and remotely for multiple locations.
• Perform PC configuration and basic troubleshooting.
• We work with global teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle incidents to restore services quickly and effectively.
• Support IT infrastructure in a warehouse environment as needed.
