About Us…. You'll be based at our office in Istanbul, where, as person co-responsible for 1st line support, you will be a vital technical resource keeping the office running smoothly. In Turkey we have different locations as offices and warehouses. You'll support all of them mainly remotely but we also need to perform on-site activities and user support. The position involves a variety of ad hoc tasks within the IT department, such as PC configuration and general IT support both indoor and outdoor. There may be support needed outside regular office hours, so flexibility is key.
If the systems or infrastructure fail, the terminal halts. In other words, you play a crucial role in ensuring the offices are running smoothly. You’ll play a vital and valuable role in performing initial troubleshooting and handling incident and requests, as effectively as possible. You are expected to take ownership and use your extraordinary collaboration skills to ensure that business will be able to deliver and run smoothly. You will join a team of eight colleagues across different countries Egypt, Romania, Lebanon, Israel, Georgia and Italy.
