Job summary

Maersk is seeking an EMR Supervisor to lead Equipment Maintenance & Repair operations in the İstanbul office, coordinating with depots, vendors, and operational teams. The role requires travel as needed and focuses on equipment availability, repair quality, cost control, and supplier performance.

The ideal candidate has experience in Equipment/Depot/Logistics and strong skills in supplier management, data analytics, and cost optimization, with fluency in Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in Equipment, Depot, Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong supplier and performance management skills.
• Analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience driving operational excellence and cost control.
• Driving license.
• Fluent Turkish and Fluent English; Russian and Arabic are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily EMR operations and depot performance.
• Manage suppliers against KPIs, SLAs, quality, and safety standards.
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with EMR policies and SOPs.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
