Job summary

Mengi Inc is seeking a Market Development Representative based in Türkiye to introduce our machinery portfolio to English-speaking markets worldwide. You will conduct structured outbound calls and emails, qualify buying interest, and schedule handoffs for our senior sales team.

Expected to log every interaction in the CRM, maintain pipeline discipline, and help generate high-quality leads for the closing engineers. This role offers USD compensation and a clear onboarding path.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
Experience with outbound cold outreach.
Proficient CRM usage and logging.
Ability to qualify buyer interest and schedule handoffs.
Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Outbound Market Outreach: Build relationships by calling and emailing pre-qualified prospect lists of global printing companies.
Product range presentations: Introduce Mengi's distribution partnerships, brand-new machinery portfolios, and available stock.
CRM & Pipeline Discipline: Log every call, email response, and follow-up details in the CRM immediately and accurately.
Lead Handoffs: Create high-quality sales leads in our CRM and coordinate dynamic handoffs to senior sales closing engineers.
