Qualifications

• 2+ years of export sales and operations experience.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong teamwork and willingness for professional growth.
• Holder of a valid Class B driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Located on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned markets within the Europe Region.
• Carry out marketing activities in the assigned markets and participate in trade fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
• Conduct regular visits to dealers and distributors and develop business relationships with new distributors.
• Conduct risk assessments for existing dealers and distributors and monitor associated risks.
• Manage dealer and distributor operations, including order processing, collections, risk monitoring, representation, and ongoing business activities.
• Conduct product-related training for dealers and distributors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales, market analysis, and sales forecast reports for existing and potential export markets.
• Closely monitor market dynamics, industry developments, and competitor activities.
