Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimise contract logistics processes to drive efficiency and quality.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with quality standards.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and IT to implement changes.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop process documentation, training materials, and KPIs.
• Support Zero Defect startup programmes and change management.
• Facilitate workshops and training to promote a culture of excellence.
• Utilise KPIs and data analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Contribute to strategic planning with process insights and industry best practices.
