Job summary

Multinet Up, a group serving in Istanbul with offices on both Asian and European sides, is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. You will analyze existing business processes, design improvements, and coordinate with process owners to implement actions.

You will map processes, identify lean opportunities, and drive automation and digitalization initiatives. Strong English, analytical skills, and Agile mindset are required to help us enhance efficiency and quality across

Qualifications

Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering or related fields)
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in process analysis, process development, operational excellence, and quality management systems
Proficient in Agile working principles
Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Effective use of written and verbal communication channels
Excellent written and spoken English skills

Responsibilities

Analyze existing business processes and provide improvement and process development solutions where necessary. Ensure coordination with process owners to take action
Understand the needs of business units and develop end-to-end processes when necessary
Create and update process maps, workflow diagrams, and all related process documentation
Optimize reasons for efficiency loss within business processes and work on making business processes lean and effective
Take an active role in identifying efficiency, automation, and digitalization opportunities within business processes and contribute to improvement initiatives
Identify system enhancement needs based on process analyses and follow up related actions with relevant teams
