Job summary

Avient Corporation in İzmit, Turkey seeks a customer-focused professional to manage a diverse customer portfolio and act as the main contact for service quality and timely order updates.

You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics to deliver quotations, orders, and master data maintenance, while supporting new business opportunities and ensuring timely payments. Strong Excel and SAP skills are required, along with excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administrative, commercial or logistics field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong Excel knowledge with an analytical approach.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries, quotations, invoicing and master data updates.
• Own a portfolio of customers as main contact, ensuring high satisfaction and timely solutions.
• Manage customer orders: confirm delivery dates and communicate production/shipping status.
• Coordinate with production and logistics for supply status and special services.
• Support Sales in prospecting new customers and maintaining price lists and offers.
• Contribute to timely customer invoice payments.
