Job summary

TEMSA in Turkey is seeking a skilled Supply Chain professional to coordinate international orders, optimize inventory, and lead material planning for new product launches.

You should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, 2+ years in international logistics, SAP/ERP experience, and strong Excel/Power BI with fluent English. Adana-based or willing to relocate to Adana.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain.
Automotive industry experience is preferred.
Strong English and MS Office, Excel, Power BI.

Responsibilities

Communicate with international suppliers and coordinate orders for on-time delivery.
Resolve supply chain bottlenecks with corrective actions.
Optimize inventory levels for material availability.
Lead supplier performance improvement and lead-time reduction.
Develop sustainable system-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
Lead material planning for new product launches.
Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.

What is the job waiting for you?

Establish and maintain effective communication with international suppliers and coordinate orders and shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks through corrective and preventive actions, including on-site supplier visits when required.
Optimize inventory levels to ensure material availability and efficient stock management.
Drive supplier performance improvement initiatives, including lead-time reduction and delivery reliability programs.
Develop and implement sustainable, system-driven solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency and prevent recurring issues.
Lead material planning and coordination activities for new product and project launches.
Monitor supplier performance and define continuous improvement actions to support a competitive and resilient supply chain.

What we are looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics, supply chain, material planning, or transportation operations.
Experience in a manufacturing environment; automotive industry experience is preferred.
Knowledge of international transportation, import/export operations, customs processes, and Incoterms.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, advanced Excel and Power BI.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with global suppliers, logistics providers, and cross-functional teams.
Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in optimizing logistics and supply chain processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
No travel restrictions.
Adana-based or willing to relocate to Adana.
