Job summary

TEMSA in Turkey is seeking a skilled Supply Chain professional to coordinate international orders, optimize inventory, and lead material planning for new product launches.

You should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, 2+ years in international logistics, SAP/ERP experience, and strong Excel/Power BI with fluent English. Adana-based or willing to relocate to Adana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain.
• Automotive industry experience is preferred.
• Strong English and MS Office, Excel, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with international suppliers and coordinate orders for on-time delivery.
• Resolve supply chain bottlenecks with corrective actions.
• Optimize inventory levels for material availability.
• Lead supplier performance improvement and lead-time reduction.
• Develop sustainable system-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Lead material planning for new product launches.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
