Job summary

Desi | TRUGUARD in Istanbul seeks a proactive Customer Service Specialist to support international customer service and export operations, with a focus on coordinating UK activities. The role involves managing orders from entry to delivery and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in customer service or export operations, English proficiency for meetings and correspondence, and familiarity with export procedures and ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international trade, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, export operations or international order management.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to independently manage business correspondence and participate in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage international customer orders from entry to final delivery.
• Communicate with customers about orders, lead times, shipments and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate daily activities and communicate with the UK operations team.
• Assist in preparing export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents).
• Monitor orders, schedules and delivery dates to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport companies and stakeholders.
• Identify delays and communicate risks; support timely resolution.
• Keep order/stock/delivery data current in systems; support reporting.
• Contribute to initiatives improving customer satisfaction and efficiency.
