Job summary

dormakaba International Holding AG is seeking an Export Specialist (English Speaker) to manage export operations from our Vadistanbul office in Ayazaga, Istanbul, Türkiye. This role focuses on coordinating cross-border shipments and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

You will handle all export documentation, follow customs procedures, communicate with international customers, organize transportation, support the sales team, and collaborate with local and international

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in relevant fields.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Good command of written and spoken Turkish & English. (Arabic is a huge asset.)
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all export documentation.
• Following up the customs procedures.
• Communicating with international customers and managing export processes.
• Organizing all transportation activities.
• Supporting sales team in organizing the orders.
• Working closely with the local/international factories & warehouse & purchasing departments.
• Ensuring information flow with all relevant departments with sales team.
