Job summary

Tiryaki Agro in Turkey seeks an experienced Insurance Operations professional to coordinate renewal processes, manage policies across Property, Marine Cargo, Health, and other programs, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and brokers, administering endorsements, premiums, and claims, while strengthening governance and operational excellence across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Insurance, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical insurance operations, policy management, claims handling, or insurance brokerage.
• Experience gained within insurance companies, brokers, agencies, or large corporate insurance departments.
• Advanced verbal and written English skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and result-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate insurance renewal processes by preparing and validating the required documentation and information for Property, Marine Cargo, Health, and other corporate insurance programs.
• Support the management of insurable risks across group companies and ensure effective information flow between internal stakeholders and insurance providers.
• Administer policy issuance, endorsements, premium collections, and related operational processes.
• Coordinate claims management activities and ensure timely collection and submission of required documents.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with brokers, insurance companies, loss adjusters, and other service providers.
• Monitor insurance operations and prepare regular reports for management.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving insurance and risk management processes, either as a project member or project lead.
• Lead Contribute to the continuous enhancement of insurance governance, compliance, and operational excellence across the Group
