Job summary

Milli Reasürans T.A.Ş in Turkey seeks a Supervisor/Associate Supervisor for Corporate Performance. You will drive strategic planning, budgeting, and performance measurement to support the company’s objectives, coordinating with finance, risk and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, finance, or related fields.
• 7–10 years of experience in performance management, strategy, financial planning, or business analytics, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of corporate performance management frameworks (e.g., KPIs, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard); ability to set, track, and achieve measurable performance goals aligned with organisational objectives.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of insurance business processes, products, and regulatory environment is an asset.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior management.
• Experience with performance tracking systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
